An extended geometric family

About
A wide line on the horizon, drawn in soft geometry.
Horizon is an original extended family drawn by Diaa Studio. Rounded-square bowls, straight stems and flat stroke ends give it a calm, precise voice for brand names, packaging and editorial headlines.
Every weight shares the same widths, so a word never reflows when its weight changes. Horizontals thin out as the weight grows and diagonals gain weight as they flatten, so every style keeps an even colour.
Typeface overview
Capitals sit at 720 units, lowercase at 600, ascenders at 830. Corners are rounded only where a stroke turns; every open stroke ends as a straight bar with a flat cut.

C
Flat stroke ends
Open strokes end as straight bars with a flat cut. Corners round only where a stroke turns.
Z
Optical diagonals
Diagonals gain weight as they flatten, so wide styles keep the colour of the stems.
e
Open counters
Horizontals thin out in heavy weights; the e keeps a clear opening even in Ultra.
g
Soft geometry
Rounded-square bowls and one rounded corner per hook. Dots grow in light weights.

Essay · Typography
The quiet power of wide letters.
A wide letter slows the eye down. It gives a name room to breathe and turns a single line into a horizon: calm, steady and easy to trust.
